The goal of this project was to communicate with the town planner of Fairhaven, NY to solve the town's lack of public green space while also mitigating the effects of floods. In this project, Michael was responsible for conducting a detailed inventory and analysis of Fairhaven's built and natural systems in order to inform his design decisions.
The project board above was a look into the built systems in and around Fairhaven with a focus on transportation and circulation systems. Many of the graphics above were derived from ArchMap.
The board above was focused on the natural water systems that have had a negative effect on Fairhaven, NY. This information was gathered by looking at various sources and then synthesized into graphics that visually express said information. This extensive analysis would later inform his design decisions of a site called West Barrier Bar Park.
